SRF LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

<BR> In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 9, 2017 has approved project for setting up of an integrated facility for HFC 125, HFC 32 and HFC-134a & AHF at an estimated cost of Rs. 356 Crore as per details provided in enclosed letter.<BR>
