This is to inform you that the Company has made an application to BSE Limited for reclassification of Binoy Biz Private Limited from 'Promoter and Promoter Group' to 'Public category', in accordance with Regulation 31A of Listing Regulations and the respective checklists prescribed by the stock exchange. The shareholders of the Company had approved the said reclassification on 11th May 2023, by way of Postal Ballot.
