SRG Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2014 inter-alia has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Soni, being Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Membership No-A32401, as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 20th Day of March, 2014.
