Pursuant to the provisions of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Resolution Professional Committee in their Meeting held today i.e. Friday, November 13, 2020, inter alia considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 prepared in accordance with recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standards.<BR> In terms of the provisions of Reg 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith the copy of Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results and Cash Flow Statement for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020; Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2020; Limited Review Report on the said Results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> The meeting of the Resolution Professional Review Committee commenced at 3.00 pm and concluded at 4.20 pm.
