Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on February 11, 2015 accepted resignation of Mrs. Payal Garg, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. closing hours of February 11, 2015 and appointed Ms. Lehar Arora as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. February 12, 2015.
