SRI KPR INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursunat to the SEBI(Prohobition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and amendments thereon and in compliance with Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider trading and Code of Fair Disclosure, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
