S.R.INDUSTRIES LTD. - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Admission of application by Tribunal

The CIRP was initiated by Hon''ble NCLT against SR Industries Limited vide order no. 198/chd/PB/2021 dated 21.12.2021. The Hon''ble NCLT appointed Mr. Rajender Kumar Jain as an IRP vide the same order and confirmed as RP in the 1st CoC Meeting held on 03.02.2022. Copy of the NCLT Order is attached herewith.
