SRM ENERGY LTD. - Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (LODR), 2015 Regarding Submission Of Disclosures Of Related Party Transactions For The Financial Year Ended On 31St March, 2024

Reference to Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 wherein a Company is required to submit stock exchange a disclosure of Related Party transactions on Consolidated Basis. In context to the above the Company is availing exemption of providing such information under Regulation 15(2) of the said regulations as the paid up share capital and networth of the Company does not exceeds the prescribed limit of Rs. 10 Crores and 25 Crores respectively, as on the last day of Financial year 2023-24.
