SRM ENERGY LTD. - Authorisation To Attend Shareholder'S Meeting Of The Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) To Approve The Resolution For Filing Of Application Under Section 10 Of The Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016 For The Wholly Owned Subsidiary.

Today, the Board of Directors of the Company (through resolution by circulation), has decided with a majority to approve the resolution as set out in the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), dated May 24, 2024, w.r.t. filing of application under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for them, i.e. for the Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The Board has authorized its representative to the attend the EGM of the WOS to be held on May 31, 2024, and accord the approval.
