SRS Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2015, inter-alia, has allotted 13,92,91,013 Equity Shares as bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity shares to the shareholders appearing as on record date i.e. June 26, 2015.
