SRS REAL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

It is hereby informed that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 5th day of July, 2019 to 14th day of July, 2019 (both days inclusive) for Directors/ Officers/Employees of the Company along with Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall reopen from 15th day of July, 2019.
