Mr. Mahendra Parekh has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary due to personal reasons w.e.f 01st January, 2024. Further Mr. Hiren Sanghavi will be appointed as Company Secretary of the Company in addition to the post of General Manager of the Company w.e.f 01st January, 2024.
