As per the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company having paid-up capital of less than RS. 10 Crore and net worth less than RS. 25 crore, is exempted from provisions of Regulation 23(9) for disclosure of Related party Transactions for the year ended 31st March, 2024.
