Pursuant to Regulation 39 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Regulations"), we would like to inform you that Registrar and Transfer Agent of Company M/s. KFin Technologies Limited has received request for issue of duplicate Share Certificates from shareholder. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RfAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the shareholder only after receipt of all necessary documents and completion of required formalities.
