Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 this is to inform you that Mrs. C. Rubavathy - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation letter with effect from 18th March 2023. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Mrs. C. Rubavathy ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from closure of business working hours of 18th March 2023. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and Sri. G.S.
