We hereby inform that the Company has taken the resignation of Ms. Neha Shah, Company Secretary of the Company in the Board Meeting Held on 30th May, 2024 and She shall be cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 15th June, 2024.
