Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the "Trading Window" will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from 31st December 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2023.
