Call Option is exercised today (23.03.2017) on the 10.25% upper tier II subordinated bonds issued by the Bank under ISIN: INE648A09045 with the approval of Reserve Bank of India as per the conditions enumerated in the Offer Document. Payment of principle amount along with interest is made on 23.03.2017 to the beneficial owners as per the list provided by the depositories (NSDL & CDSL) as on Record Date.
