STATE BANK OF INDIA - Q1 results on August 11, 2015

State Bank of India has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Banks Central Board will be held on August 11, 2015, to<BR>consider the working results of the Bank for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in SBIs Shares will be closed for designated persons from July 30, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive), on account of Board meeting to be held to consider the working results of the Bank for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.
