STATE BANK OF INDIA - Change in Directorate

State Bank of India has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section (19) and Sub-Section (1) of Section 20 of the State Bank of India Act 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, has appointed Shri Parveen Kumar Gupta, Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India, as Managing Director, State Bank of India, against the vacancy of Shri P. Pradeep Kumar (who will superannuate on October 31, 2015), from the date of his taking over the charge of the post on or after November 01, 2015 and upto March 31, 2020 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
