STATE BANK OF INDIA - Q3 results on Feb 11, 2016

State Bank of India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Central Board of the Bank will be held on February 11, 2016 to discuss and approve the working results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, an 'Analysts Meet (Admission by invitation only) is scheduled to be held at 5.00 pm on February 11, 2016 at the State Bank Auditorium, State Bank Bhavan, Corporate Centre, Mumbai.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, that the trading window for dealing in SBIs Shares will be closed for designated persons from February 02, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive), on account of the Central Board meeting to be held as stated above.
