STATE BANK OF INDIA - Cessation of Director

State Bank of India has informed BSE that Dr. Rajiv Kumar, a Director nominated under Section 19(d) of the SBI Act, 1955, ceased to be a Director on the Bank's Central Board, consequent upon completion of his term as at the close of business on August 05, 2015.
