STATE BANK OF MYSORE - Board to consider Final Dividend

State Bank of Mysore has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 25, 2014, to take on record, the Audited Financial results of the Bank as on March 31, 2014 and payment of final dividend, if any.
