STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE - Resignation of Director

State Bank of Travancore has informed BSE about the following change in the Board of Directors of the Bank:<BR><BR>- Shri. C. Rajkumar, Officer Employee Director of the Bank under Clause 25 (cb) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank as he ceased to be an office bearer of the Associate Banks' Officers' Association, Unit: State Bank of Travancore.
