State Bank of Travancore has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from May 07, 2016 to May 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on May 30, 2016.
