Pursuant to the relevant provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015, it is informed that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01.01.2024 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31.12.2023 are made public.
