State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi vide its order dated February 24, 2015 has appointed Shri. Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce as Part time official Director on the Board of STC vice Shri Madhusudan Prasad with immediate effect.<BR><BR>The Board has confirmed the appointment of Shri. Rajani Ranjan Rashmi through circular resolution on March 12, 2015.<BR>
