Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :<br/><br/>- The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on February 14, 2014, declared interim dividend of Rs 2.02 per equity share of Rs 10 each. No further dividend is recommended by the Board for the Financial Year 2013-14.
