Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that on nomination by Government of India, the Board of Directors of the Company (SAIL) has approved the appointment of Shri R S Sharma, Shri N C Jha, Shri D K Mittal and Mrs. Parminder Hira Mathur as Part-time-Non-Official Directors on the Board of SAIL.
