Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013 (Q3) and also to consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the year 2013-14 at the said meeting.
