Pursuant to regulation 39 (3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Letter of confirmation has been issued to the shareholders in lieu of original share certificates reported lost/misplaced by the shareholders. Please note that we have tried filing the same yesterday, however due to technical glitch, we were unable to submit the same. We have dropped an email regarding the same with BSE team.
