Steelco Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, has approved the resignation of Mr. Sunil Singhvi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and he shall be relieved as may be mutually decided by the Managing Director with Mr. Sunil Singhvi.
