This is to inform you that pursuant to the 'Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)' of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Saturday, January 01,2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ending on December 31,2021. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
