In accordance with Reg 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Dutt (DIN: 08872616) as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive & Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from March 26, 2024 to March 25, 2029 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
