Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 has approved allotment of 12,738 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the option grantees, upon exercise of the options vested with them under the SWREL ESOP Plan at the exercise plan of Rs. 238/- per share.
