Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 28, 2015 inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from April 23, 2015 to May 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
