STERLING HOLIDAY RESORTS (INDIA) LTD. - Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading ("the Code") that the Company has adopted effective from May 15, 2015. The Code also provides the principles of Fair Disclosure for purposes of Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Standards for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by insiders as required by Schedule A and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations").
