Approval of Financial Results: - Please note that as per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their duly convened meeting held on today i.e., 12th June, 2021 inter alia, has taken on record and approved the Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021.
