Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2021, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 50% that is Rs. 1, per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
