Further to our intimation vide letter dated June 07, 2024, we are submitting herewith corrigendum to the notice of meetings of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company pursuant to the order of Hon''ble NCLT, Mumbai. Same has also been sent to the shareholders and creditors of the Company.
