Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 19, 2015, Ms. Savita Laxmipaihy Acharya has been appointed as a women Director of the Company with effect from May 19, 2015. She has also been inducted as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board with immediate effect.
