Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has authorized the Managing Director & CEO and the Company Secretary of the Company severally to determine the materiality of an event or information for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as well as uploading in the Companys website as per terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
