Stone India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed between November 07, to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
