Dear Sir, <BR> Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr.Sanjeev Vaid has decided to discontinue the responsibilities of C.F.O. and has tender his resignation from the post. <BR> His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s). <BR>
