Subex Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 06, 2014, has cancelled 14,978 ESOPs for the month of January-2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
