SUBEX LTD. - Cancellation of Employee Stock Options (ESOPs)

Subex Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 07, 2014 has cancelled 14,462 ESOPs for the month of August-2014 and 8,894 ESOPs for the month of September-2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2000. ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
