Subex Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on the June 19, 2015, M/s. S R Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. Bengaluru have been appointed as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting (subject to ratification of the appointment by the members at every AGM).
