Subex Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 7, 2014 has cancelled 31,474 ESOPs for the month of May-2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
