This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Subhash Silk Mills Limited ('the Company') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Monday, July 1, 2024 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2024.
