Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2016, inter alia, has considered the following;<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Ms. Pooja Bangera as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company in accordance with provisions of Companies Act, 2013, Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Date of Annual General Meeting was decided by the Board of Directors.
